The Tremor of the Gods; I Wait
Rays, fast pulsing, reign down upon
my face
warm tendrils brush aside silken threads
tying my vision
and all things become clearer
Brumbletrolling over and over
the tops are sweeter than the bottom
of the cell - mindmade and crumbling
Sweet nectar, singing softly in my eyes,
is taking liberties with the dimensional fabric
pulling me along fresh trace-lines from the
future-not-yet-lived
Binary stars before Sol
through to soul
and back to fingertips
paving roads trembling to travel
as stirring slumber lies silent
and glowing
with a life beyond the strength hidden
in shell-shocked form
Open! To now breathe!
Poured into empty chalice,
now full
and whispered words of darting, silent
tongue fuse now colored light
fast breaking on tidal screens
And the moon to reflect your glory
a goddess once inhabited
Horizon abode danging threads to hang by
as the rocking motion lulls me back
Back to the comfort of this warm lily
whose fragrant spirit calms the gods
and softly whispers my dreams
